& Why You Won't Use Them

We’re just putting the finishing touches to our new leadership
development tool “100 hot tips for leaders and why you won’t use
them!”. The kit consists of 100 cards with research based tips on
authentic leadership development back to back with the blocks that
prevent them from being implemented. They can be mixed
and matched to find the tips that ‘overcome’ the blocks and various
blocks that will prevent the tips.

They are currently being trialled in schools. Stay tuned and we'll let you know when the kits are ready for leaders everywhere.
